Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Lovrella! We are proud to offer high-quality products that are custom-printed just for you. Because each item is made to order, our shipping and delivery process is slightly different from traditional retail.
1. Processing & Production Times
Since we use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, your order must be printed and prepared before it is shipped.
- Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.
- Please note that during holidays or high-demand seasons, production may take slightly longer.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (USA)
Once your order has been printed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5–12 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate or free shipping on qualifying orders (check our homepage for current promotions).
5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Lovrella is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@lovrella.com.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information stops updating for more than 10 business days, we will treat it as lost and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
For our US customers, orders are typically fulfilled by our production partners within the United States, meaning you will generally not incur customs fees. However, if an item is shipped from an international facility, Lovrella is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
