Because every Lovrella product is custom-printed just for you, we operate a no-return policy for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product descriptions and size information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lovrella.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the item.
Exchanges
Because each item is printed on demand, we are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
