How To Track My Order

Once your order has been printed and shipped, tracking your package is simple. Here's everything you need to know.

Your Tracking Email

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you used at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Tracking Hasn't Updated?

It's normal for tracking to show little activity for the first day or two. However, if your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct
• Allow up to 5–7 business days after ordering for your shipment to be picked up by the carrier
