Since our products are made to order specifically for you, we operate a no-return policy for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we fully back the quality of our items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To report an issue, please email us at contact@lovrella.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Exchanges
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs. We kindly ask that you review our size charts (if applicable) carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
