Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every Lovrella product is custom-printed just for you, orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping. Total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and have questions about shipping options, please contact us at contact@lovrella.com.

Sizing & Materials

How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements for all our t-shirt styles. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What material are the t-shirts made of?
We print on Gildan 64000 and Bella+Canvas 3001, both high-quality unisex tees. The product page will specify which one applies to each design.

What size is the coffee mug?
Our mugs are 15oz (0.44 l), made from 100% white ceramic. They are dishwasher and microwave safe (per manufacturer specs).

What about the necklace?
Our Love Knot Necklace is available in 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold over stainless steel, with an adjustable chain length of 18"–22". See the product page for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We've got you covered. Contact us at contact@lovrella.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β€” no return needed.

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the transaction.
